The Bahá'í Community of Milton celebrates and commemorates events in the history of our Faith. Each event reflects the spirit of the occasion, and is often complimented by devotionals, music, artistic presentations, children's activities, refreshments, and social time. |

The Bahá'í New Year coincides with the Spring Equinox. After a period of fasting, Bahá'ís celebrate New Year on the first day of spring.

Anniversary of the Day of the Covenant |
Commemorates the continuity of the Covenant between God and mankind through Abdu'l-Baha, the eldest son of Baha'u'llah. As the appointed successor of Bahá'u'lláh, 'Abdu'l-Bahá, is referred to as the "Centre of the Covenant." The continuity of this Covenant was established by Bahá'u'lláh to maintain the unity of the Bahá'í Faith.
